Viral Infection Simulation at Tissue-level Using Compucell3D

Abstract

Understanding the mechanism of virus infection is important, especially in the time we live in (2020). With some understanding and hypothesis about how the virus and infection might function, we can use simulations to safely study and test these hypotheses. In this study, we have looked at simulations for SARS-Co-V-2 using a software based on the Cellular Potts Model.
